Dustin's Week 6 Picks

Giants at Bears:  Bears.  The Giants showed some signs of life, but wasn't enough to overcome the Bears. However, I was really surprised that the Bears struggled to put the Giants away.  They're going to have issues for the rest of the season.

Panthers at Vikings:  Vikings.  This will be a very interesting game.  The Vikings' strength is in the ground game, and the Panthers front seven is incredibly strong against the run.  It'll be interesting to see how the Panthers offense plays after a terrible outing against Arizona, which could definitely be the deciding factor in this one.

Bengals at Bills:  Bengals.  The Bills secondary is still horrible so I'm thinking this is the game where Dalton and Green finally start to get on the same page.  The Bengals D should definitely be able to contain an inconsistent Bills offense.

Lions and Browns:  Lions.  Calvin Johnson.  He is the deciding factor in this one.  The Lions offense was flat without him last week and the Lions defense isn't quite up to par.  The Browns offense is showing signs of explosiveness, so if the Lions offense can't keep up, the Browns could grab this one.

Ealges at Bucs:  Eagles.  The Bucs are mess right now.  Doug Martin is the only player who gives the Bucs a chance.  The Eagles played well against the Giants last week (not sure if that actually means much . . . ) and their offense put the game out of reach with Nick Foles under center, who starts this week.

Raiders at Chiefs:  Chiefs.  The Raiders played exceptionally well in their victory over the Chargers last week, but I don't think the Raiders are quite good enough yet to beat the Chiefs.

Steelers at Jets:  Jets.  I never would've thought I would be picking the Jets in this one at the beginning of the year.  The Steelers are a mess right now, however, I do think it will be a close one, but the Jets will win out in the year.

Packers at Ravens:  Packers.  The Packers looked back on track against the Lions with some big plays. The Ravens have been incredibly inconsistent this year.  I look for the Pack to win.

Rams at Texans:  Texans.  I'm tempted to pick the Rams, but I just can't do it.  The Texans will win if Schaub can actually remember which receiver is on his team.

LOCK Jaguars at Broncos:  Broncos.  Do I even need to say why the Broncos will win this one?

Titans at Seahawks:  Seahawks.  The Titans are playing well, but I think the Seahawks will rebound after a surprising loss to the Colts last week.

UPSET Cardinals at 49ers:  Cardinals.  49ers seem to be re-surging, but then again those wins were against the Rams and Texans.  The Cardinals D contained Cam Newton extremely well last week, and Kaepernick plays very similarly.  If the Cardinals D can live up to how it played last week, they have a chance.

Saints at Patriots:  Saints.  I can't pick the Patriots in this one.  They are at home, but the Saints are playing incredible football right now and look pretty unstoppable.

Redskins at Cowboys:  Cowboys.  I was incredibly impressed with the Cowboys offense last week, and they're playing a terrible Redskins defense.  Unless the Redskins have an amazing offensive output on Sunday, the Cowboys will win this one.

WASH Colts at Chargers:  Colts.  I have no idea about this one.  The Colts either play amazingly or seem to falter (Raiders, Dolphins).  The Chargers do about the same thing.
