Finally I have some time this week to write a little bit about my picks....
Falcons at Lions: Falcons. Picked this one correct. Lions, I remember when you were 4-4 . . . the last 7 games have not treated you well. I predicted a comeback on your season. Guess I was wrong.
Raiders at Panthers: Panthers. I've actually picking my team this week. Raiders have looked absolutely AWFUL recently and the Panthers are showing some promise for next year . . . again. Man, it sucks being a Panthers fan . . .
Saints at Cowboys: Saints. The Saints have been playing quite well whereas I'm still not a believer in Dallas. Dallas will finish last in the 3-way race for the NFC East.
Titans at Packers: Packers. This is joke game. Packers should have it easily.
WASH Vikings at Texans: Texans. I am super intrigued by this one. Can the Texans stop Peterson? If they can, then they should win easily, but it seems like AP just can't be stopped.
LOCK Patriots at Jaguars: Patriots. This is my lock without even a second thought. Jags are awful and the Patriots (excluding their performance against the 49ers) are really hot now and are the team to beat in the AFC . . . again.
Colts at Chiefs: Colts. I thought maybe the Chiefs were finally utilizing their potential when they beat Carolina, but after their loss to Oakland it looks like the Panthers just decided to let Kansas City win that one. Colts should have no problem clinching the playoffs today. (PLAYOFFS?! YOU KIDDING ME?!!!)
Bills at Dolphins: Bills. Neither of these teams can live up to their potential . . . I was tempted to have this be my throw away pick, but I think the Bills can win it.
Chargers at Jets: Chargers. The battle of the teams of unfulfilled potential. I think the Chargers are the better team and they should win this one. I don't think the "new" 3rd string backup QB is going to help the Jets out.
Redskins at Eagles: Redskins. The Redskins are my pick to win the NFC East and they'll get one win closer with a victory over the pitiful Eagles
Bengals at Steelers: Bengals. I have been really impressed with the Bengals' play recently and the Steelers are just going down the drain.
Rams at Bucs: Rams. It's that time of year when the Bucs can't seem to win. I predict the streak continues against St. Louis.
Browns at Broncs: Broncos. The Browns have definitely shown signs of improvement, but are not going to be able to beat the 2nd best team in the AFC, in my opinion.
Bears at Cardinals: Bears. It's been a tough stretch for the Bears, but if they can't win against these Cardinals . . . I'll just leave it at that.
Giants at Ravens: Giants. Believe it or not, I'm actually picking the Giants here. Both of these teams are in similar losing slumps, but I think the Giants have more to play for, especially with a Redskins win fairly imminent against the Eagles. Ravens are already in and while it would be nice for them to rise from their losing ways, I the Giants will pull it out in the end.
UPSET 49ers at Seahawks: Seahawks. The Seahawks are at home and have put up 50 or more points in the last two weeks (granted those games were against the Cardinals and Bills, but I digress . . . ). 49ers are looking really good, but I think the Seahawks at home get the better of them.
Falcons at Lions: Falcons. Picked this one correct. Lions, I remember when you were 4-4 . . . the last 7 games have not treated you well. I predicted a comeback on your season. Guess I was wrong.
