Dylan's Week 5 Picks

Week 5 Picks

I went 10-5 last week, and stand at 33-30 on the season, only slightly better than the blind monkey.  I'm due for a good week, and I finally have a week where I feel really confident about my picks.  Now, watch me go 0-14.  Anyway, he we go....

Cardinals at Rams:  RAMS.  I think the party is over for the Cardinals....they are possibly the weakest 4-0 team that I've ever seen.  The Rams have been a tough out, especially at home, and I think Jeff Fisher's team wins a close one and starts to make a run at the division.  Tex, you were right about this team, and I'm halfway on the bandwagon now.

Dolphins at Bengals:  BENGALS.  Yehehehes!  I think the Bengals could win this game even if it was just A.J. Green throwing to himself against the whole Dolphins team.

LOCK:  Packers at Colts:  PACKERS.  I'm shocked that this is only a 7-point spread.  The Pack should take this one by two touchdowns or more.

Ravens at Chiefs:  RAVENS.  The is the second-most sure thing of the week.  I don't see how the Ravens could lose this one...however, they had a few bad losses like this last year.  I most this year's team is more consistent.

Browns at Giants:  GIANTS.  The Browns have kept games close this year, and I think they will do the same here - I think the Giants still win by a TD, though.

Eagles at Steelers:  STEELERS.  I thought of using my wash on this game, but I think that Pitt takes it after resting up and getting healthy during their bye.

UPSET:  Falcons at Redskins:  REDSKINS.  I can't wait to see the Falcons lose, and I think RG3 can pull off the upset this week.  I'm actually not wild about any of the underdogs of 3 or more points this week, but this is my best pick from them.

Seahawks at Panthers:  PANTHERS.  If this was in Seattle, the Seahawks would take it...however, it's not, and the Panthers looked tough against ATL last week.

Bears at Jaguars:  BEARS.  The Jags are a disgrace this season, and I don't know how they can do anything against that ridiculous Bears defense.

Titans at Vikings:  VIKINGS.  They continue to roll against a Titans team that is much worse than most people seem to think.

Broncos at Patriots:  PATRIOTS.  This is the game of the week in my opinion, though.  This will be really fun to watch.  I'm picking the Pats, but cheering for Peyton here.

Bills at 49ers:  49ERS.  The Niners continue to roll against another inferior opponent.

WASH:  Chargers at Saints:  SAINTS.  I think it could go either way, and I've seen such ups and downs from each this year that I have no idea what to pick, and I think whatever I pick will be wrong.

Texans at Jets:  TEXANS.  They should have no problem handling the Jets this week.

Last week:  10-5
Season record: 33-30
Points: 1

RG3 is my upset this week!
